“Through most of my adult life, I have strived to lead a healthy lifestyle. I am not naturally athletic, and I never participated in organized sports. However, I do know the importance of regular exercise and eating well. Currently in my 60’s, I am aware I need to work a little harder to improve and maintain my balance, strength and stamina.

Aaron engages his clients to do the exercises needed for whatever stage of life they happen to be, from young school age children to adults in their 90’s. Aaron assesses each client’s strengths and weaknesses and develops an individual exercise program that will help to increase strength and improve weakness. A most helpful part of each personal training session that Aaron uses is stretching. It is invaluable. If I come to a session and tell Aaron that my neck is sore or my shoulder hurts, he immediately responds with an exercise to help.
